2. Zero Data Retention Policy (Business Tiers)

For enterprise and business engagements, prompt contents and deliverable data are processed in memory and never retained for training foundation models. We enforce strict Zero-Data-Retention (ZDR) agreements with third-party model providers.

3. Diagnostic Assessment Data

When you complete the Free AI Readiness Assessment, we collect your business work email, agency domain, and answers to generate your customized readiness report and 2x2 matrix coordinates. This data is used solely to provide your benchmark debrief and is never sold to third parties.
